At MindForge, we believe the most consequential AI initiatives are the ones that get handed to the wrong partner. Too often, organizations with serious AI ambitions end up with a strategy deck from a Big 4 firm or a prototype from a development shop that never makes it past the demo. We were founded in 2020 to be the alternative - a firm technical enough to build production systems, and experienced enough to know which ones are worth building.
We take on fewer engagements than firms our size typically do. Every project we accept gets a senior partner, not a project manager. We scope for outcomes, not for hours.
What that produces is a team of forty engineers, data scientists, and domain specialists who have collectively delivered over 140 production AI systems across six industries. No engagement at MindForge is run by someone who has never shipped a model into a live environment. Every recommendation we make is one we have tested in production.
We have grown deliberately since 2020 - from a founding team of four to forty. We don't intend to scale beyond what lets us maintain that standard. The firm is the size it is because that is what makes the work work.

Founded in 2020. Still the same constraint.
MindForge was founded by David Kim and Aisha Nwosu after spending the first decade of their careers watching enterprise AI fail in predictable, preventable ways. The firm was built around a single constraint: we only take on projects we believe can reach production, and we measure ourselves on whether they do.
Today we are a team of 40 engineers, data scientists, and domain specialists across offices in New York, London, and Singapore. We work with enterprise and mid-market clients across financial services, healthcare, logistics, retail, insurance, and manufacturing.

First engagement: a credit risk model for a regional bank. Shipped in 10 weeks
