Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by MindForge AI Ltd ("MindForge", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our website and services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Services

MindForge provides AI consulting and implementation services, including but not limited to AI strategy advisory, GenAI and LLM implementation, agentic AI system development, data and ML infrastructure, and AI governance consulting.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms for each engagement are defined in the applicable Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement signed by both parties. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MindForge or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Intellectual property ownership for client engagements is defined in the applicable Statement of Work. Unless otherwise specified, clients own the output of work performed on their behalf; MindForge retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed in the course of its practice.

Confidentiality

MindForge takes client confidentiality seriously. We are happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to any substantive discussion of your project. All client information shared in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties without explicit consent.

Data Processing

Where MindForge processes personal data on behalf of clients, we act as a data processor under applicable data protection laws including the GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request and is required for all engagements involving personal data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MindForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
